The Client

Regnum Christi is a Catholic spiritual family made up of lay members, consecrated men and women, and Legionaries of Christ priests and brothers, united in apostolic work including education, family ministry, youth programs, and missionary outreach. The movement operates across North America, with additional presence in Europe, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific — meaning technology decisions have to serve a lot of different ministries at once, not a single office.

The Challenge

With apostolic work spanning family ministry, youth programs, and missionary outreach across many locations, Regnum Christi needed someone who could advise on technology investment decisions holistically — not just implement individual tools, but help them think through what to actually invest in and why, from everyday productivity software to custom applications built for their specific needs.
